The 12-month workmanship warranty, in plain terms
For a full year after we finish, our installation work is guaranteed. If something we installed isn’t sitting right, isn’t level, or a connection we made develops an issue, we come back and fix it — no charge for the workmanship.
It covers our labour and installation, not manufacturer defects in the appliance itself (those are handled under your appliance’s own warranty). Simple, and it’s included on every job.
